About Me

I was raised in Kiribati — a string of islands where the sea is never far and community comes first.

I grew up fishing. Early mornings on the water taught me patience, respect for nature, and a love for quiet focus. A lot of how I work today started there.

From the islands I made my way to Hawaii for school at BYU–Hawaii, and eventually landed in Lehi, Utah, where I live now. Different places — same thread running through all of them.

Tarawa → Hawaii → Utah

These days I'm happily married with three kids. We keep that island sense of closeness alive with family adventures and the unplanned moments that turn into the memories you actually keep.

I stay active, too — pickleball for the quick exchanges and the camaraderie, fishing for the calm and the connection back to my roots, tennis for the rhythm and the challenge. Each one ties me to the islands in its own way.
